Rocky was born Aug 1, 2000 and crossed over Rainbow Bridge to join his furry-play buddies on May 22, 2014. Anyone who ever met or saw Rocky fell in love with him immediately! He was so intuitive, friendly, compassionate, gentle, loving and always eager to please us. A few treasured memories and thoughts shared with us were…

• He had such "expressive" eyebrows that he talked with! He would wiggle and raise them as he looked at you "talking" which showed his incredible personality and always made me laugh!
• Every night he would welcome and greet me at the door with a stuffed toy (his favorite) , wagging his tail to tell me how he spent his day and that he had been a "good boy"!
• He followed and protected our grand-daughter in the yard as a toddler and made certain she stayed safe as he knew it as his job.
• He loved ESPN, as his first couple of months was with five college students at Purdue.
• He was a handsome furry social guy who was definitely popular on campus with the two-legged friends which earned him the title as the "Chick magnet" !
• His fur is so soft and fuzzy! Such a cutie!
• He's such a "party" animal and socially so adaptive as he wanted to be a part of the FUN!
• He was a "pro" that mastered the art of opening plastic Easter eggs stuffed with doggie treats and NOT breaking the eggs.
• Seemed to always get motion sickness and throw up in my son's vehicle. Weak stomach? Crazy driver?
• He was a superb "therapy dog" naturally, as he was intuitive, compassionate and seemed to always know my inner feelings and be at my side. He tried to soothe and lift my spirits by taking his nose under my hand and lift it up which was followed by an avalanche of kisses!
• Loved to go for a ride and was the first one OUT the door!
• His favorite "pet" names were Good Boy, Happy puppy, Rock-Star, Rock, Sweetie and Grand- puppy!

"EVERY LIFE He TOUCHED……HE GAVE L-O-V-E!"

"Rocky we will miss you greatly but we know you are playing tug with Jersey, fetching balls with Sadie and hanging out with Ashlynn and Bandit. We have been so blessed to of spent time with you and we will feel you "paw prints" on our hearts FOREVER..."
